Refund policy

At eXXite we want to make sure that our customers get the best experience from their bikes, but if the bike doesn’t fulfil their expectations within the first 15 days, we offer a free and easy return policy.

During this 15-day period, the customer will have total freedom to use their new eXXite bike, ride it under any normal weather condition, and get to discover the eXXite experience. 

We recommend to keep the original packaging of the eXXite bike and any other purchased accessories during this period, to ease the process in case a Return Policy is finally solicited.

For returning any eXXite accessory or apparel product, it must be unused, and must be sent in its original packaging only.

If the eXXite product is purchased in an official Rayvolt / eXXite distributor shop, the Client must contact the store directly.

I. Right of Withdrawal

The Client has the right to withdraw from the order placed in this Website within a period of 15 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 15 days after the Client (or a third party indicated by the Client) has received the product. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal for an eXXite product purchased in this Website, the Client must contact the Rayvolt / eXXite team through the following email:

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding this exercise by the Client, is sent before the corresponding period expires, and that the product is not damaged, altered or customised in any way.


II. Consequences of Withdrawal

In case the Client decides to exercise the right of withdrawal (in compliance with the return policy previously explained), eXXite will return all payments received from the Client, including, when appropriate, delivery costs.

When the Client starts this process and communicates to us their decision (in compliance with the return policy previously explained), our Rayvolt / eXXite team will provide via email all the instructions to complete the process, including the shipping instructions.

Once the shipment is completed to the provided address and the reception of the product is confirmed, we will proceed to verify the condition of the returned product. Once confirmed the product has not suffered any damage, alteration or customization in any way, we will proceed to return all payments received from the Client, including, when appropriate, delivery costs.

This refund will be made through the same payment method used by the Client in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Any damage to the returned product or missing parts will be deducted from the refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

III. Products Excluded From the Right of Withdrawal

Certain types of items cannot be returned, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to orders of products made according to a Client’s specifications or clearly personalised.
